The Fields of New Durham is an amazing place to life. This property gives you so much. The amazing staff always willing to help and be there for you. The maintenance crew is awesome. Nothing is better then maintenance free living!

The Fields of New Durham. Offers maintenance free living. No need to move and appliances they have you covered. In unit washer and drier. The grounds are well kept. The clubhouse offers you plenty to do. These community is sometime special. Oh yes there is a heated swimming pool. I gotta say i Truly love calling this my home!

My family and I are new here. We love the home feeling from the first look, to moving in. And truly making this home. This community gives you many things to do on property. And unless opportunity locally. This location is truly centrally located.
