Moved into my apartment with my roommate end of august, when moving in the accommodations are suppose to be clean and ready to move in. Unfortunately the kitchen was covered in a sticky film on the counters and cabinets. The stove was full of grease along with the microwave. The dishwasher leaks every so often. The stove top doesn't light until you put a lighter to ignition. The flooring was not complete in the hallway upon moving in. Bathroom 2 had a leak in the toilet and maintenance told us they would come on a Monday, when it would only take 5 minutes to fix the leak. Fast forward 4 months and bathroom 1 shower faucet is broken, when calling maintenance on a Sunday night to notify them it was leaking and then snapped off, they told me they would come the next morning. No one showed nor did they contact myself on when they would show. I had to stop in and call several times. The bathroom needs a new kit and they keep pushing my faucet back further and further. I will be without shower for 7 days. The reasoning that it is not an emergency is because there are two bathrooms. My roommate is not to supply myself with her shower. Maintenance is not efficient and the management is not friendly. I am not happy to pay $900 a month for such horrible service.

Good Day, I do appreciate your concern and thank you for your patience. We have rectified your concerns, however you omitted those resolutions. Cleaning Service was called back in to stand behind their work. Work orders for the stove, washer and shower were addressed within 24 hours. Your apartment home has 2 full bathrooms and when there are facilities available it does not constitute an emergency. As for communication, your work order was in the system and when you placed a second one for the same it kicked one out. Regardless, it was completed the same day. Our Service has been timely regardless of how you and your roommate have divide the apartment home. The office is attentive to all concerns and should be given a call for proper resolution, prior to a Resident reacting and posting such. I can be reached personally at 219-785-7275
