Rules are not posted but manager makes them up as she decides. Has beautiful patios but only 1 bedroom apts can walk out patio to sidewalk. Pay more for 2 bedroom but are not allowed to walk out onto patios to get to sidewalk. Offered to add own stepping stones said NO. Are not allowed to walk and any grass anywhere. Pets allowed but are not allowed to walk or play on grass. Potty station for pets is very small and located next to dumpster. Very inconvenient. Especially with dogs getting paws burnt from walking on hot concrete. Opened too soon. Many issues. Air didn't work in many apts for 2 weeks. One lady had to wait 30 days before her new washer worked.
