We have lived here since October and have had no problems. Parking is a little funky when weather is bad, but other than that, we really like it. We have new paint throughout, new linoleum in kitchen/utility room & bathroom. New carpet in the livingroom and on the stairs. Hardwood floors in good condition in the upstairs. They offered to re-do the upstairs hardwood for us, but it would have pushed back our move in date & we were fine with the condition they're in which is really not bad at all. Our screen door doesn't have a lock on it, and a couple of the screens for windows are damaged, but the windows themselves are in great shape. I appreciate the mature trees all around the area. Really makes the "neighborhood" feel cozy and less like an apartment complex. Our master bedroom (we live in a 2bedroom apartment) is HUGE. We had our queen sized bed, queen sized air mattress & a baby play pen all in there for our company at Thanksgiving, AND still had 2 dressers and a vanity in there. Granted it was tight, but definitely bigger than any other apartment bedroom I've seen. PLUS being pet friendly was really a big help for us. We have a dog & a cat and they're fine with it. $30 pet rent is a little steep, but worth it. And really it's comparable to what you'd pay anywhere I guess. Overall, we're happy living here for now. This is our first apartment as newlyweds and will definitely upgrade in a year or so, but we're happy here.
