Shannon Lower uses illegal documents to entrap renters while refusing to keep the property safe and/or clean. Buyer beware--TAKE PICTURES-RECORD VIDEO!! Be ready for drug use & crime ..you WILL NOT be getting your deposit or moving fees back.
