This place was great for me, as I am a poor college student. The carpets were new, and the maintenance staff was fairly attentative to any problems I had. The pool was awesome in the summer. The only problems I had were with the A/C and the parking lot. Being that the facility was old, the A/C broke a time or two, which led to me haning out at a friend's place until it was fixed. Also, they turned it off far too early in the fall. The parking lot needs to be repaved, as it has grown very old. Still, for the money I paid, it was a great deal.
