First Management will screw you literally every way possible. I've moved out of their apartments twice, and both times they claimed I owed them a large amount of money beyond what I had already paid in my deposit. The first time was a massive computing error on their part. It took several months of arguing and production of paper documentation for them to finally admit that they were wrong and give us at least part of our deposit back. The second time involved an incentive to re-sign my lease that was later revoked when I moved out because I assigned the last two months to somebody else. If you do move into Chase Court, do not ever plan on subleasing. It's expensive and somehow you still end up owing them money several months after you've moved out and somebody else has moved in. They're cool while you're there. Nice apartments, good location. But don't expect much when you leave. I've lived in lots of apartments with companies who have screwed me over, but Chase Court was by far the worst.
