I am the cosigner, so my daughter actually lived here not me. But she did enjoy it and it was a good experience for her. The first week she moved in, however there was a problem with an air conditioner drain and the whole living room and dining room flooded with water. The maintenance crew was very prompt and efficient in getting all the clean up and drying done. Then a few months later, for some reason, mold started to form on the air vent in her bedroom. So then, again the maintenance crew was very prompt and helpful in getting that all taken care of as well. I very much appreciate the hard work that they did for her there.
