Overall, Rockland West is a good place. A lot of things seem to be broken/out of order. For example, in the weight room the squat rack was broken for about 2 weeks. Another thing is that the printer was also broken as well. It has been broken for about a month and still isn't fixed. This makes it very inconvenient for the students needing to print off homework. The gates are also out of order. When moving in, the process was wonderful and organized. However, when I got to my apartment there were dead bugs everywhere and ants crawling all around the window in my room. The carpet also wasn't attached correctly in my opinion and I have now notice a huge section that is messed up that was covered up by the bed initially. I brought my dog to stay with me while I was at Rockland West. The staff is very pet friendly and registering her was a breeze. However, when I walk her I have noticed that the pet waste rule is not strictly enforced. There is a lot of waste around the property and the smell is awful. Overall, I think Rockland is good besides their little quirks here and there. For the price, it isn't a bad deal considering the size and privacy.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your honest feedback! We do apologize for the squat rack; we acknowledge that it took longer than it should have to be fixed. It is working now and if you ever notice a problem with a piece of equipment, please let us know! We are currently working with our printer company on getting a new part. Unfortunately there has been a billing issue on their end and we have not received an update on the issue. In the meantime, we are more than happy to print off anything that you need at the front desk!
