When I move in this was the ideal place. Quiet, a bus stop and gas station crossing the street, and the grocery store by the side. Unfortunately, recently the complex isn't that quiet and some tenants with dogs forget to keep the surroundings clean.

The Greens are a good apartment complex. Mix of all family types and ages which is nice, I think that keeps the community safe and quiet. Pet friendly which is nice. Upkeep is good and staff are timely about fixing any problems you may have.

It's been fine, being a senior the walking to the car and trash bins is hard. I have asked several times for my patio walls outside be cleaned but it hasn't been done. There are no water faucets outside to hook a hose.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management staff is uninformed and straight up unintelligent. The unit itself is rundown and poorly designed. Especially the bathroom if you have other options for housing I suggest you take it. It's noisy from being near a major street.

It's been friendly and I enjoy the appartment and the pool is nice I've had a nice time here so far. I've only had a few problems and they have been fixed quickly. The staff is friendly and the community it pleasant and friendly here

It is a nice apartment complex with reasonable prices for what you get. The apartment was pretty gross when I moved in. There was a pile of bird crap on one of the balconies and the management can be difficult to get ahold of.

The community is quiet. There are plenty of dogs but I've seen most of the owners be responsible and pick up after them. The community seems pretty diverse and no one seems too inconsiderate. Overall I find it nice.

This is a nice, quite apartment complex. Sound proofing is pretty good, you don't hear every little sound through the walls like you might in some apartments. Property is kept up fairly well, dog friendly place. Plenty of parking outside of designated parking for visitors.

Average at best! Apartment needs upgraded . Flooring,carpet,windows are very inefficient,utility bills have increased each year. Pool was unusable for the first one third of the pool season. Railing on side walk steps need elevated. Weather stripping around door is in need of repair.
