We are sorry to hear that you had this move-in experience at our property and would like the opportunity to make it right. If the issue with the temperature in your apartment is still a problem, please reach out to us offline by emailing any currently occurring concerns to [email protected] and we would be happy to take care of them for you firth thing Tuesday morning. We work rapidly to resolve any issues at move-in as long as the Maintenace request form was filled out properly and turned in after accepting your keys! We did not receive any injury reports this winter as our Maintenance techs attempted to urgently remove any snow fall and perform preventative snow removal techniques throughout the season. Unfortunately, we had not received any reports of these alleged incidents at the Bark Park when they happened. If there is an incident at one of our amenities, it needs to be reported to the leasing office immediately so we can contact the resident responsible and look into a solution. It is not fair for us to ban a certain pet from the Bark Park with no prior complaints or proof of an incident occurring. Please report any problems to the office immediately so we may take care of it fairly and timely in the future! If you need to get out of your lease due to relocation, the fee is only $350 if you find your own Re-Assignment. The fee is $500 if the office finds someone to replace you. We understand if the fees seem high, however they are charged due to the time spent re-leasing an apartment, turning the unit, administrative work, and processing background screenings. Again, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we may further assist you in completing any maintenance work needed in your unit and address any other concerns you may have! I have enjoyed my time here at Rockland. My apartment is the perfect size for me and my books and linens. The sun shines in and I get lots of sunshine. The neighbors are polite and noise is generally never an issue.

We regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. We had a vendor issue a few days before move in, which is why your unit is in the condition it was at move in. Although we attempted to correct our errors, I am still working on making it right with everyone. As I do not know which unit you are in, I am sure we have documented the rent credit we had promised! Unfortunately, the WiFi was an issue beyond our power to correct - a fiber underground was disrupted during the days of rain we have been having! We tried to send as many alerts as we could from our sister property and teamed up with Alchemy to provide another comfortable environment to complete any work/school assignments.
