As a current resident, not sure why this property's reviews are soo low?! I have resided here less than two months & from my overall experience at this complex, I give it 4 stars. All maintenance requests have been fulfilled in a timely manner, the maintenance guys are professional, staff was helpful us understanding our application process & lease. Community is quite (no rowdy crowds), walking distance to Hawthorne park. My recommendations for improvement: 1. Updated pool & playground, play area is more like a climbing area. 2. Speed bumps, people fly through the parking lot & with children residing here....Yea an accident waiting to happen.
