We had a 1 bedroom apartment and the electricity bill was between 200$ to 300$ in the winters. We complained about our broken window to the management but it took them more then a month to get it fixed. We had spider issue in our apartment, they were all over the place no matter how many times we try to get rid of them. Good point you can always hear your neighbours ;) , you can feel a vibration even if one of the neighbour slamed their doors. They shut down water in our apartments many times without any notice, we would have to call them and ask when will the water be back, very inconvenient. Management here is not at all cooperative, first they are kicking everyone out as part of their upgrade program doesn't matter if someone wants to extend their lease, second they will keep on pushing you into sigining a new lease for their new upgraded homes (which we found were over priced compared to other apartment homes in the area), third they are inflexible on move out dates if you don't want to continue with their upgrade plan.
