When I first moved here it was great, quiet, clean and the manager was so nice. Now its a totally different from 6 years ago they could a lot better. I'm not a fan of you all not taking section 8 vouchers anymore.

Safe, clean apartments, lots of parking, close to the shops, The best schools nearby, good neighborhood Whenever I have a problem in my apartment they solve it quickly. They are always available for emergencies.

I had put in a work order for my apartment and like always, the maintenance team was here promptly and always figures out the problem. Staff is pleasant and professional. I am renewing my lease again for the 3rd year!!!

i like it but we need more attention to the details especially the building little bite satisfied i was expected more, like the pool policy, i feel unsafe at a pool. the people kept doing many things unpropertied.

Previous mgmt was terrible with communication. Under Nathan, the staff seem a lot happier and eager to help out. Tatiana is always a great help! If she doesn't know, she will make sure to find out.

Fast quick reliable service and a wonderful maintenance staff. This is a beautiful community With a lot of trees and flowers. The refurbished apartments are well maintained. I guess that's why I've called it home for so long!

Lenexa Crossing is a horrible residence. Poor management and ludicrous hidden fees make this apartment a waste of money and while the organization remains lazy and ignorant there will be no improvement.

Mediocre. Front office management was VERY late in having maintenance address my broken washing machine. Fresh renovation was nice, but cabinets are old and hot water heater was small. Gym was only open during business hours.
