This is the 4th year my wife and I have lived here. We had a good relationship with the previous ownership and management, but last fall the property was sold to Greystar. Since they took over, we have seen so much improvement to the entire complex. We had a roof that leaked in our bathroom for the first 3 years, and despite many roofers and a total building roof replacement, it kept leaking. One visit from the new facilities manager, Jason, and he fixed it. We had so many other issues with the apartment that had been ongoing, including electrical shorts. Both the supervisor Jason and the other facilities guy, Mike just left my apartment and had fixed all the issues that had persisted in less than an hour. Truthfully, they are two of the hardest working and most focused guys we have seen since we have been renting in the last 2 years. Ont op of all this, the new management team is putting in a small fitness center, more office spaces, and making a ton of other improvements. We had considered leaving when our lease is up in October, but now we think we will wait it out until we buy our house!
