I left a review when I first moved in and I am now editing it; I very much so enjoyed living in these apartments. The layout of my apartment was perfect, the rooms were big and the closets were huge. The apartment had great appliances, very stylish light fixtures and the walls were painted with one accent wall in each room which really made a difference. The patios had beautiful french doors which I loved. Had laundry room with hook-ups and you can rent a washer/dryer which was very convenient for me. The ladies in the office were absolutely WONDERFUL. Very sweet and always willing to help and very knowledgeable. The maintenance team were very quick and efficient with maintenance requests. They always got everything done withing a day or two, depending on the urgency of your situation, and never made a hassle about anything. The landscape around the buildings was always beautiful and well kept, almost every morning I'd see guys either mowing, leaf blowing, weed whipping, picking up trash, you name it! They were on top of it. There were a few things I didn't like; The toilets were not the best. Whenever you flushed, a lot of whatever it was comes right back up. Not overflowing, just doesn't go down completely. You had to flush a couple times to really get it all down. There was a drain in my bathtub for the air conditioner, this was the most annoying thing I encountered. It would drip/pour ice cold water whenever I was showering, right on my shoulder or back. (If my AC was on of course.) and it was very irritating. This water also turned the bathtub orange from rust. It was very gross and frustrating to have to constantly scrub my tub to get rid of this orange, rust stain. The last thing was the parking, if you came home past 9pm on a weekday, good luck finding a parking spot! I had to park 3-4 buildings away and had to walk to my apartment. There is a two car policy, however some people had 3 cars and a motorcycle it seemed.
