Of course there is a fee if the package is not picked up within 5 days, it makes room for more secure packages to be delivered. Our office locations do not handle residents' mail, but I encourage you to contact the USPS if you are having issues. Our staff does not have keys or access to the mailboxes. After reaching out to Parcel Pending, they were certainly confused by these statements and encourage you to reach out to them for instructions. Please note we take all feedback as a better chance to serve you.
