The community and amenities are great! However, 6 month into my lease and the issues with the apartment during walk through still have not been fixed. Also be aware that these apartments are the noisiest I have EVER lived in. The dog upstairs constantly barks and management has ignored numerous emails I have sent. The enclosed hallways are awful! You can hear anyone and everyone that walks down the hall or closes their door. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Unless you are deaf or hard of hearing. The amount we pay in rent does not reflect the quality of service the complex offers. After speaking with many neighbors, we all have the same common complaints.

Absolutely love the Waterside Community!! I have no reason to ever leave. Everything I need and want is available here on the property. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect. I plan on staying here a long while
