This is a terrible landlord and apartment. Rent is high. The place is worn and appliances are old. No laundry in apartments. Location is very noisy by Aggiville and Chipotle. Landlord takes advantage of students on checkout keeping as much of deposit as possible. For example… See More

Really liked living here. The apartments are nice and the appliances are updated. Compared to other apartments in Manhattan, management was very easy to deal with. I could walk to any restaurant or store in Aggieville and be home in minutes, and walk to campus in… See More

The staff is nice and its kind of quiet. The only problem I have is that the apartments exhaust vents are connected. Saying that if the person above you or beside you smokes or then that's what your place will also smell like.

Positives: 1. Very close walk to Aggieville (obviously) Negatives: 1. The office staff isn't terrible... though you really just have to tolerate them and their BS fees associated with any situational circumstance. 2. Parking is terrible - when the complex is at capacity it is very… See More

I lived at Aggie Village for nearly 3 years and found it to be a great place to live. I read the reviews both before I rented and decided to go back on now that I have recently moved. I found the reviews (this time) to… See More

I read the reviews on here prior to signing and ignored the negative feedback, I wished I would have never signed a lease. The management has to be the hardest people to get along with. They continualy monitor the security cameras to make sure you do… See More

I have lived in Aggie Village since late January when I had to find a place to live after arriving to Ft. Riley. The VERY CLOSE location to all the restaurants and bars has been a lot of fun to experience without the hassle of dealing… See More

Aggie Village is the nicest place in Aggieville. I love the gated parking for game days when Aggieville gets packed. I like it here because its so close to campus I don't have to drive and there are plenty of places to go that are all… See More

I recently moved to Kansas and was very excited to be moving here. After living in the apartment now I hate it. Its way too much for what it is. I live on my own and I thought it would be nice living in a building… See More

I moved in fall 2006 and I just renewed my lease for 1 more year (then I'm trnx to another school). It's a really nice place to live, it's close to campus (a quick 10 min walk), the gated parking lots are fantastic, and the security… See More
