I would not recommend this complex to anyone! They will show you a nice apartment on your tour, but when you arrive... sigh. I was literally in tears the day we moved in. Not only was the apartment FILTHY, but everything was broken. the dishwasher, the stovetop, broken pieces of trim, the pipes under the sink help together with duct tape, missing screens on windows, etc. The place has also had a very weird smell that no amount of febreeze or candles has been able to cover. I noticed a few bugs when we first moved in too, but thought maybe it was just because of the filth. No, the apartment is absolutely infested with silverfish (if you don't know what they are, look them up. They're disgusting). I kill between five and ten EVERY DAY. I've spent a couple hundred dollars of my own money on different pest control solutions (pest control, like nearly everything here, is on the tenant), but it hasn't gotten rid of them. They're under the subfloor, inside the vanity, in the walls, EVERYWHERE. It's so bad it makes it hard to sleep, because you will likely wake up to one in bed with you. It's not a safe area. It's not clean. Everything is "on you." Nothing gets fixed. You're shown a really nice apartment, but get one with dented walls, rusted and older appliances, and infested with bugs. Don't rent here.
