I have lived her for 13 months agreed to sign another lease after I was told I did not have to put down another deposit that story changed five times and the result I had to clean my apt I was moving out of spotless and take the apt I was moving into as is. Well I have a slow leak the one and only handy man has checked it out twice and since he can not find a problem they are refusing yo bring in a plumbing company and was lied to by the apt manager Kaci told me that housing told her it was okay to leave it like it is cause they have checked it and can not find a problem. I called housing they are not allowed to say anything about an apartment they are not inspecting and when I called cooproate to complain all they said was Kaci is the manager and knows what is going on and we give her the benifit of the doubt. There are multiple drug deals that go on and a lot of partying and my car has been hit twice in the parking lot by drunk people leaving after the party. Not to mention the cops are around here all the time because of fights and domestic violence
