AWFUL! I would like to preface this with the fact that I rarely write reviews and rarely complain. However, trying to deal with management at this place is absolutely miserable. "Per company policy" they refuse to talk with you on the phone and instead hide behind their keyboards. My heat has been broken since February 9 and has yet to be fixed. It currently only works on "Emergency Heat" which is much more expensive to run. However, none of this was communicated to me for weeks, which resulted in me running the AC for hours without knowing it didn't even have the possibility of working. (It got to 72 degrees in my place). They have been in my unit to try and fix it on numerous occasions and have failed to update me on the status repeatedly. When talking (typing) to management they blame everyone else instead of taking any accountability, stating my electric bill is lower than the other tenants so there is nothing they can do. I have left two messages for the property manager and have yet to hear a response. I absolutely understand things break but not having a functioning HVAC system for 3+ weeks is completely unacceptable when paying the extremely high rent that is charged. They refuse to compensate for my sleepless nights, time off work and extreme inconvenience in any way. I would 100% look elsewhere when looking for a place to live at this point. For the amount that they charge, you could find a nicer place that cares about their tenants. Very disappointing.
