I would not recommend moving to this complex. The units are expensive and the staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. The staff does not like to handle maintenance issues unless they are small or your unit is about to fall apart. Sticky locks are handled in a day, leaking roofs take at least 6 months. The front office is not friendly. There are better places to live at this price point.

    Do not move here! I moved here when it was the Avenues and was quite satisfied. The apartment had its faults, but at least the staff was attentive. That all changed when the Carol group bought out the complex. The staff was replaced, and this place has fallen apart. My specific issue is with a leaky roof. Every time it rains, water drips down onto the ceiling. When I first reported the issue, it was not a major problem. A month has gone by and Arium has made no attempt to fix the issue. I have reported the issue to them on 7 different occasions (both electronically and in person) and they still have done nothing about the problem. With all of the rain this last month, the problem has become rather significant. We have a large water stain on the ceiling and one of the walls has water running down it. Arium has shown repeatedly that they have no urgency or care to fix this issue. Do not live here. There are plenty of other options at this price point that will actually care about you.
