My husband and I have lived at Cambridge for 2 years, and we both have noticed the management has really gone downhill since they changed over last year (Fogelman Management). I think a different company started managing them last summer, and since then their communication is pretty poor. They fail to notify their residents in a timely manner when construction, maintenance, repaving, or anything is happening on the property. They treat the place like a hotel (barge in on you when you're sleeping) and not a place where people live, have busy lives, and need more than 1 days notice to move your car or you will be towed, for example. We are happy that we found a home and are leaving this complex! I wouldn't recommend living here. Plus, they fail to notify the residents when there has been a safety concern or theft on the property. Cars were broken into or stolen and management said NOTHING. To me that is poor management.
