There are a few huge benefits to living here. First off the leasing staff are incredibly personable and friendly. I was helped by Miranda and she was super kind. I first checked out the complex before I was ready to rent, but she kept up communication with me. Because of her I managed to get the exact apartment I wanted. I actually didn't even tour any other complexes because this one was so nice and I felt like Miranda was going to help me get the timing right so all the pieces would fall into place. Every time I've ever been helped by the staff here it's been a really positive experience, they seem to be very genuine and caring people. They put on lots of community events and I'm always surprised by how much thought and effort goes into them. I recently went to a gift wrapping party and it was really fun. I like that this complex is one of the few luxury apartment homes communities that feels like it's not owned by a faceless giant company. I really like the way ownership presents itself and feels available. Those are personal reasons why I enjoy the complex, but as far as logistics go, this apartment complex is incredibly well located. It's near several grocery stores, a gas station and two coffee shops are within short walking distance, and there is easy access to 435. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is friendly and easy to get ahold of. I don't know his name, but one time one of the maintence workers helped me take my trash out. I was in a huge hurry and it was super sweet of him to offer. I like the look of the outdoors, the shrubbery and trees are mature and rather nice. The exterior is in excellent shape, I really love the overall ambiance of living here. Overall, I managed to get a large beautiful apartment in an amazing part of town for a very reasonable price and I'm happy. Neighbors seem nice and it's a pleasant place to live.
