So I lived there for maybe 4 years and over that time it was always difficult communicating with the leasing office. They are less than helpful if you ever have problems with your mail (which they don't take responsibility for any damages to boxes in the mail room). They are also unprofessional as I can recall one of the Ladies in the office making inappropriate conversation involving her and her significant other. They will try to keep your security deposit by making whatever changes they think are necessary after you move out even if you spend forever and a day cleaning the place spotless. Read every review before making the decision to sign a lease because there's a lot of bad ones and they're all true. It stresses me out just thinking about my time spent there and all the problems I experienced. The best part about living at cedar crest was finally moving out.
