The landscaping is kept up with, and maintenance responds to requests at a reasonable time, however the office staff is not friendly and can be rude. Unless you pay to park under the car ports, you're not guaranteed a spot by your building.

The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very clean upon move in. The maintenance staff has responded very quickly whenever I have needed something. Family and friends have also been very impressed by the apartment when they have visited.

We are doing extensive in-home upgrades, which include new appliances, countertops, sink and a backsplash, as well as enhancements to the rest of the apartment homes.
