Hi April, Our on-site community manager left you a message after your initial review and we look forward to talking with you to talk about the solution in place. We have actually been in detailed contact with involved parties and there is a resolution in place already. We take all concerns seriously and want to apologize about your experience. We know you've been with us for a while and would be happy to discuss additional solutions to better your experience. In regards to fees, we would be happy to review any fees or utilities with you. We try very hard to host events and be accessible for our residents and value your tenancy. We again apologize for any frustrations you have had and hold your feedback in high regard.
