I looked at this complex as a prospective resident recently. I am writing this review because I feel that these apartments are very overpriced for what you're getting. Firstly, one of the ladies in the office was very rude to me, however the one who showed me the apartment was very nice. The apartments themselves are alright, but they're small and dated for what you're paying for them. They also require you to buy your own washer and dryer, which would probably be fine in the long run but I don't want to do that at first. Maybe that's why the rent is more here than other places, I don't know, but I can't think of any good reason why they quoted me $710 a month for a one bedroom. That is absurd! The ridge is the apartment complex next door to this one and I looked at an apartment there that was much nicer, had a fireplace, and was much bigger than this one, for the same price, which I thought was a fair price. The lodge at Overland Park is another nearby complex that offers nicer apartments than Preston court for about $60-70 a month less. If you just do some extra looking around, you'll find that Preston court is very poor value for money.
