We are so sorry you had this negative experience regarding these packages that were delivered. I will share this review with the team and strive to provide better service going forward. I do not want to make an excuse, but many times the multiple delivery drivers that bring packages check these in. With hundreds being delivered each week, form time to time, one or two can be put in the incorrect area. We certainly share your frustration with this and apologize again. It is unfortunate these occurrences lead to an overall negative experience. Our professional team does work very hard and we take the time to read these comments. We appreciate you sharing this and wish you the very best.
I apologize if your time here hasn't meet your expectations. Since you wrote a review as anonymous it's hard to make sure I am addressing the correct resident and all your concerns. However, at NO TIME is someone not having ANY heat not considered any emergency. That is a priority EVERY single time! If you are referring to feeling that your 2nd bedroom isn't getting as much heat as you like, that is a little different story. Our maintenance team would absolutely being checking this for you, but maybe not as fast as you wanted since they were working on others without any heat at all. With regards to your appliances... not sure how they were "broken" considering that you TRANSFERRED ON SITE to a renovated apartment with ALL brand new stainless steal appliances. Also, all service requests are very important to us. However, since you do have a 2nd bathroom (with a shower) and were able to use that one until the service team was able to complete after the part was delivered. If you would like to come into the office and go over all of this and any additional concerns, we are available 7 days a week. The Sandstone Team
We apologize if you experience here was not up to your expectations. You moved out over 8 months ago and if you still have questions, it would be helpful to contact our office. Yes, you were charged for the trash as explained several times. There were no unnecessary charges given to you. All this has been explained in detail. In addition, we do no turn any account over unless we have exhausted ALL efforts to try and collect. We allow plenty of time for questions, help work through any situation and offer with payment arrangements. Yes, there was several ownership changes but we are here to stay for quite a while. Although, the water billing is explained in your lease, they probably should have gone into more detail with you at your original move-in. In regards to the unexplained bill, I'm sure there was a detailed move-out statement provided and if you had or still have questions, we are more that happy to go over it with you. We apologize if you felt the move-out experience was a hassle...it's actually a very simple process. We apologize that you feel providing the correct insurance is a burden as we are not trying to make it one. We have to make sure every resident is covered properly. We apologize if your stay here has not lived up to your expectations. There has been a change in ownership/management and we understand that there were several items not taken care of previously. The issue with the raccoons was an inherited one and has since been taken care of. If you'd like to discuss any other maintenance issues, please stop by the office and we can go them in detail.
