Hi Chanelle, we have had multiple conversations with you regarding the noise issue. We have also called your neighbor multiple times and have sent multiple noise complaint notifications to them. It is not that there is nothing we can do; we are doing everything in our power to try to help resolve this issue. As we've discussed several times, due to the nature of the noise, there is only so much that can be done. That being said, we want everyone to be happy and comfortable at Savoy. For that reason, we have continued to contact your neighbors to try to help. The advice to meet with your neighbors with a member of management present was simply a suggestion in hopes that they would better understand your perspective of the noise. Regarding your other concerns, fire place tools are just like any other items that our residents have to provide for themselves and we are not required to provide fire extinguishers. I will drive through your area tonight to assess the lighting and see if anything needs to be added. I will talk with maintenance to ensure the dumpster lids are getting opened as regularly as possible in an attempt to make that part of your stay a little better.
