The office people the maintenance people are fantastic.However I do not appreciate having my rent jumped up every year it's ridiculous I'm on a budget I'm 76 years old. Next year I'll have to move because it'll be too much.

No problems. Just too pricey for how small the one bedroom is. I understand Kansas City is expensive but it shouldn't be for such small square footage. I would say this apartment should be around 800-850.

We have been very happy here. The exterior grounds are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. When a work order is submitted, it is handled in a timely manner. There have been no noise issues and there is always plenty of parking.
