SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. We ask for the termination fee since we don't require a long notice to vacate period as when you're leaving at the end of the lease. We try our best to enforce our parking rules and tow vehichle who violate the rules. Please feel free to contact our office any time you have trouble with parking.
