The apartment we moved in had old dingy and dirty carpet, that we are stuck with. Before the move in we checked the apartment as it had work going on so we assumed they will clean the carpet after the work but we were so wrong. The service requests for emergencies like A/C and heater are great but for every thing else it may take them over a week to send some to fix a broken appliance.
