Counting down the days until move out! This complex has become a joke. Old management was just rude and had tried to sneak an extra $50-$100 charge on rent every single month. New management is exceptionally rude. They start construction projects on just about every gorgeous part of the complex, and NEVER FINISH. One of the "lakes" is a giant pile of mud, with several construction equipment vehicles just sitting around. Even right in front of people's patios. We aren't allowed to even go in the area. This project was started in June and I can count on one hand how many times I've seen them working on this project. They come for maybe an hour every other week to just move dirt around. They've cut down almost every single tree around the biggest lake, without telling anyone of this plan. That has taken away shade and privacy for a lot of renters, especially considering the fact most of these apartments face the hot afternoon/evening sun. The grounds are awful. Grass is hardly ever cut, the first time I'd seen it cut in over a month was while it was raining. So the grass just got pushed around. Maintenance took months to fix our broken dishwasher, garbage disposal, and our sliding patio door that would not close all the way. All they do is walk in and out of their office all day or sit in their trucks in the parking lot taking up our parking spaces. I'm very upset for signing a second lease earlier this year, and so look forward to moving out. STAY AWAY because this place is not worth the money.
