I hardly ever write reviews but if I can warn 1 person to not live here it is worth it. I have been here about 4 years (this is the 3rd/4th management company to take over, I have lost track). Cres management is the worst yet. You get a notice the day before (stuck in your bushes so its lucky if you find it at all) something is about to take place. They are no longer open on Saturdays, and you better hope you don't have a 9-5pm job or you won't be able to stop by the office (which closes randomly). The apartment and community itself are pretty nice in most respects but there is no way I would be to stay here. My rent is(well I am moving out so it doesn't matter) going up $200-I think this is to pay for the new renovations they did to the clubhouse but I can't say for sure). I have had the same 2 light bulbs burned out in my bathroom for several months. My heat bill also ranges between 150-$200 a month (I keep my heat at 66 degrees....) in a 1 bed apt, this is the worst insulation-I have to shove newspapers in my door to keep it from getting cold in the winter. There is a bad bug problem but they do send people out every month to treat it which I think is nice. Overall, if you need to stay here short term (3-6 mos but make sure its good weather) than its fine but no way would I recommend this for a long term living solution.
