Ceaser: I am sorry to hear about your concerns with our conversation the other day. There were no voices raised or any uncomfortable conversation until you hung up on me after I told you that I would handle addressing your concern with your neighbor. I just didn't want you to say any of the disparaging things that were said to me, about her, directly to her. I am sorry if that upset you but it is my intention to make sure that everyone enjoys living here so I try to avoid conflict when I can. During summer we don't buy hot chocolate because it is just not popular when it is hot out. I don't drink coffee so I keep a couple of hot chocolate pods in my desk that I bring from home so when I want some, it is there.
