The interior is nice with carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms have linoleum floors. Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. No laundry hook-ups but there is a laundry room on site. When I moved in, everything but the dishwasher was in good working order and the dishwasher was taken care of promptly. There were no obvious marks or holes in the walls. The carpets were clean. However, the bedrooms are quite small. The four bedroom apartments have one big bedroom and three small ones so don't bring a lot of stuff with you. Crimson Villas offers a roommate matching service and you sign your own lease so you're not stuck 4 people's rent if/when your other roommates move out. Rent for 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment is $375 with utilities/cable/internet included. The staff is very helpful. On a couple occasions, staff has been willing to carry big packages up to my room for me. I would recommend these apartments to college students who find dorm life too constricting and who just need a home away from home. However, I do not find these practical as a permanent living space. By that I mean, someone who is completely independent of his/her parents who needs lots of space for all his/her stuff. It is very practical for someone who just needs a place to stay during the school year and can leave stuff at home. One more note, the apartments can get quite noisy. I live on the second floor and I can often hear people shouting from the pool area. Also, the people above me are quite noisy. And I pray you don't have the misfortune of getting a noisy roommate.
