The Villas staff is always nice to me when I come in the office. They helped me with a roommate issue and any maintenance issues I may have. I love that the staff cares about the residents they always have parties for the residents with free food and drinks, no one ever seems to complain then. I have lived at other college apartments and never treated this nice. Yes, The Villas is known as a COLLEGE APARTMENT. So yes there will be noise and some parties but its expected considering it is an apartment complex. Nothing is going to be perfect. If you want a really quite place to live then rent a house. You will never find a quite apartment complex.
