My apologies that you are so unhappy with our apartments. We appreciate your feedback as that helps us improve. We get praises on our maintenance as well as our overall team most of the time. We must have missed the mark with you, however. Your apartment was "upgraded" before you moved in, but Kenilworth is still a 55 year old structure. The upgrade included new appliances, carpet, paint, cabinets and counters. The upgrade did not meet your standards as well as our service and again I apologize. We do our best to keep this community livable for all including upgrading what we can, enforcing the lease, and activities galore. I wish you the best in your new home and hope that all is well in your future.
