Resident 2012 - 2015

2/26/2015

This place is very unorganized an unprofessional. The leasing agent is lazy and always leaves early during the week, even though the office sign and newsletters say they're open til 5:30pm. Don't even bother calling the office for anything because they don't return your calls either. If somehow you do get a hold of them and they tell you something will be done, they never do it. You will have to make a written request of everything (even something as small as getting a key made) or else it will never get done. Also, they rent to drug dealers (there is one living next to me) so you get constant traffic through the building day and night. We've had 2 police calls in my particular building because there was some screaming and crashing noises. It was a young couple fighting (physically). The quality of people they rent to is very low. Some of the other residents litter INSIDE the building. who throws trash where they live? During my first year living here, they cashed a rent check for July a month after it was received (I can understand sometimes there are behind) but then two weeks later they cashed June's check (I cannot understand why checks are processed out of order). I am looking forward to my lease ending. I can't wait to get out of this place.
