While the apartments are clean and spacious, the management is less than ideal. Upon touring the apartment complex we were told that each unit had a washer and dryer unit in the basement and that we would be given a car port and storage space. After signing our lease, we realized that in fact we'd have to pay an additional $20 per month for a car port. Also our unit did not have a washer and dryer in the basement and we have to travel to one of the adjoining units. When we needed to use our storage space in the basement we came to find out the apartment manager was using our storage space and instructed us to use an adjoining unit's storage unit. The items we need to store are quite bulky and instead we have had to use our child's bedroom as a storage solution. Parking is another problem, our apartment faces the street therefore we have to park on the street which means we have to compete for space with non residents, and guests. The bedrooms lack an additional cable outlet and the local cable company refuses to run them throught the apartment.

Apartments are priced reasonably, but for the money, the management issues aren't worth the headache.
