Generally the apartments seem fairly overpriced for their age and size. The lack of options for internet outside the abysmal Spectrum(Time Warner) is also a big problem. Continued problems with both water and electrical are also a thing. My apartment's wiring is hilariously bad and I've sometime thought I might need to sue for potential electrical damage at some point. Things just sometimes turn off or on with little reason in my apartment due to random electrical surges caused by poor wiring and that is not good for electronics. I also have issues with what looks like water erosion damage on my ceiling and have had to have the same spots repeatedly fixed by maintenance.

Place is pretty average and really not bad. I give it a one overall though because they have a contract with Time Warner and I hope they see this as a statement. Google fiber is all over the neighborhoods nearby and we are all stuck with what is the single worst cable provider I have ever dealt with. I always heard stories, but never actually had them at other places I was at. Now that I have experienced it, I wouldn't recommend any ever put themselves in a situation where they are forced to use their service. Which you are if you live here. That is all.
