I have lived at PGW for several years in multiple apartments. The residents are awesome and get along very well. It's because of the residents that I stay at PGW. It's not the worst place to live, but they sure have gotten greedy. $20-$25 for water when it has been included in the rent for the last several years (I believe this is to help pay for the new sprinkler system that was just installed). If you decide to move in, plan on cleaning the apartment before you move anything in and make sure you fully complete your walk through checklist and take pictures. They don't care if it is dirty when you move in. If you tell them it was dirty before you move in, they will pretend to care, but won't do anything about it. The cabinet space is a joke in all apartment sizes. It is nice that no one is above you and no one is below you. You do get one garage space per apartment which is great. Vaulted ceilings are nice to have. Not all apartments are the normal dull white color. The washer and dryer are stackable and if you are lucky, you will get a matching set, but unlikely. I would not recommend living here, but some can look past the stuff that I can't look past.
Final word on the staff is they pretend to be there for you, but their customer service is terrible. The staff will to do as little as possible, but they will do it will a smile on their face in hopes that will help the situation.
