I pay a lot of money for poor service by the management staff in the front office. I have had a couple of issues this winter, and the staff acts like my business is not important. Customer service is everything during the holiday season. I'm not at home all that much, but when I have an issue and you don't smile or make me feel like my problem is important to you, it will frustrate me and others. Seems like a revolving door with the front office people. Always see someone new there. Not happy! Rent keeps going up, but the service keeps going down. Either get some personable people in the office, or lower the rent. This is beyond ridiculous!
