Hi Dear, We moved to Barclay Square Apartments in Wichita, KS in October 2016, the manager gave us a basement apartment. Later, the leak began in this apartment coming from the upstairs, and the hall in the apartment got flooded. The damage was huge. Then, another flood occurred due to severe leakage coming from the upstairs. One day, the flood brought nasty stuff, such as piss and stool, into the apartment. The nasty stuff was everywhere in the apartment. It damaged our furniture, electronics, and memorial stuff, such as pictures. My childhood memorial pictures were damaged and I don't have them. Just after the flood, we asked the apartment management to move into an upstairs unit, but the apartment management didn't listen to us, and they gave us a basement unit. The new unit was even wet, and there was a leak in the bathroom, too. We just spent 15 days in the new unit. Then, we moved to another state because we were tired of being flooded all the time. Later, the apartment management sent us a notice to pay 5000 dollars, and then we complained BBB about the apartment management. BBB lost our complaint, and then they replied that they won't take care of it. I wonder why they don't care about the basement units. Does it fit the human rights? Does it fit the business ethics? The authorized people know all these. Thank you very much,
