The crime is very high here. 3 shootings in the last several months on the property. I was told when signing lease that it was quiet and no crime. Ive had things stolen and i ha e kids so beware before looking here. See More

Maintenance guy is pretty quick compared to the last 2 places that I stayed at. Manager is reasonable. No bugs either which is always a plus in my book. See More

I have been living at Watson Park Apartments for over 3 years. I've never had issues that weren't fixed in a timely matter. The staff is very friendly. And i will continue to live there because i enjoy everything about my apartment. See More
