When I moved here I was promised things they would do and after a year they haven't done any of them. We have no maintenance person or Mananger on site. The Apartments are nice but I couldn't recommend them for anyone to rent here. There have been loud noises, drinking, and some residents have been bullied by another resident. All of this has been reported but nothing has been done about it. The lease has been broken by several tenants but the acting management has ignored the problems.
