My husband and I moved from out of state. The apartment was not ready. We arrived early so we stayed in a hotel for 3 nights. They said they spent a full 3 days getting it ready. It wasn't repainted from previous renters! The laundry room was filthy and rusted. The vent was not connected so the laundry room was covered with lint and not a little lint! The bathroom tub was plugged! The dishwasher was not hooked up correctly. When we used it the first time water went all over the kitchen. My husband fixed it. We dropped something and it went under the stove. My husband moved the stove and it was filthy. Old food, a dog bone, dead bugs. Gross!! We gave our 30 day notice. We moved out, returned everything, we left it spotless. We were told by Jessica that we were getting our full refund back. 60 days later she has given us the run around. She said 4 weeks ago she sent it. We hadn't received it. 2 weeks ago she said she would over night it. NOTHING!! $750. It's not like it's a small amount of money! We've contact a lawyer!
