At Burgundy Hills we make sure that our rental rates along with transfer fees and deposits are right in line with all of our neighboring communities. Please report all maintenance directly to the office so that these can be documented and follow-up can occur. Someone is in the office during normal business hours which is the same business hours as many other tenants keep. Because of this please leave a message after hours and your issue will be addressed the next day. In the event of an emergency please call the emergency line that is on the voicemail.

Also, if the internet is not working properly management can schedule a technician to come and trouble shoot. The office number is 859-689-4444.
